In the year 2117, Earth faces an unprecedented threat: The planet has become hostile to human life, and many scientific teams predict its impending uninhabitability. Humanity’s future hangs in the balance. With no other option, you must embark on a daring mission to find a new home for humankind beyond Earth’s confines. Your team must construct the spaceships that will carry us to our new celestial haven. Can you successfully manage this project amidst the constraints of limited time and resources?

Sessions’ format
Possible Mission training sessions are held in formats of 2, 5 or 8 hours (adapting the mechanics of the game according to the available time). We apply our own play-based methodology (A.L.A.R.T) to guide players through the following phases:
- Introduction to the game and narrative univers
- Session objectives
- Team formation
- Spaceships construction according to the defined requirements
- Iteration sprints about the spaceships
- Final sprint where all groups work together
- Joined reflection on the lessons learned and the overall experience
- Shared analysis on how to transfer all learnings into daily work
